We partner with clients to provide a complete consultation to initially determine what will best meet their training needs.
In most cases a Needs Analysis is conducted, determining the actual state of learning with the company objectives. As we assess the training aspects of the organization, we determine
the organization’s placement on the Learning Organization Maturity Model. This model is used to determine a baseline, and a catalyst for discussion of the overall learning and development objectives for the organization, and how to achieve these objectives.
Professional Development
Management skills do not always come naturally to those who become managers or leaders. However, these skills and behaviors can be taught, providing greater performance.
We offer workshops and programs on topics necessary for managers to be successful.
Virtual and eLearning
In today’s world virtual and eLearning, is generally the most economical of delivery methods, and can be quite effective.
We can help your organization establish a custom eLearning platform, or create programs to place onto your own Learning Management System. I am highly skilled in virtual style workshops that can be delivered in a static format or in a synchronous format using a third-party meeting software.
